Yes. The Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act covers new and certified pre-owned vehicles purchased or leased in California with a manufacturer warranty. If your Bentayga has a substantial defect the dealer cannot fix within a reasonable number of attempts, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Under the Song-Beverly Act, the manufacturer generally gets two attempts for safety-related defects or four attempts for other substantial defects. Alternatively, if the vehicle has been out of service for more than 30 cumulative days for warranty repairs, it may also qualify.
