Yes. The Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act covers new vehicles purchased or leased in California, including luxury and exotic vehicles like the Ferrari Roma. If your Roma has a substantial defect that the dealer cannot repair after a reasonable number of attempts, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Under the Song-Beverly Act, a vehicle may qualify after two or more repair attempts for a defect that could cause death or serious injury, or four or more attempts for other substantial defects. Additionally, if your Roma has been out of service for more than 30 cumulative days for warranty repairs, it may also qualify.

California's Song-Beverly Act generally applies if you are a California resident and the vehicle is primarily used in California. Even if the Roma was purchased out of state, you may still have coverage as long as the manufacturer's warranty is honored in California and you meet residency requirements.

If your Roma qualifies as a lemon, you may receive a full refund of the purchase price including taxes, registration fees, and incidental costs, minus a reasonable mileage offset. Alternatively, you can elect a replacement vehicle. The manufacturer may also be required to pay your attorney fees and costs.
