Yes. If your 570S was purchased or leased new in California and has a persistent defect covered by the manufacturer warranty, you may have a valid claim under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. The defect must substantially impair use, value, or safety.

While there is no absolute minimum, the Song-Beverly presumption applies after four repair attempts for the same non-safety defect, two attempts for a safety defect, or 30 cumulative days out of service. Even fewer attempts may suffice depending on the circumstances.

Multiple different defects can collectively support a lemon law claim. Under Song-Beverly, if the combined effect of various defects substantially impairs the vehicle and the total out-of-service time exceeds 30 days, you may have a strong case for a refund or replacement.

While not required by Song-Beverly, many dealer agreements include loaner vehicle provisions. If you incur rental car expenses while your 570S is being repaired under warranty, those costs may be recoverable as incidental damages in a lemon law claim.
