Battery preconditioning failures that limit your ability to charge efficiently constitute a defect that impairs the use of your Spectre. Under the Song-Beverly Act, if Rolls-Royce cannot fix this within a reasonable number of attempts, you may pursue a lemon law claim. Document every failed charging session and dealer visit.
