Data Deletion Request

Lion Lemon (a dba of Lion Legal P.C.) respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you.
What Data We May Hold
If you have contacted us, used our intake form, or consulted with us, we may hold the following information about you:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Vehicle make, model, year, and VIN
- Repair history and warranty information you provided
- Notes and correspondence from our consultations
- Website analytics data (IP address, pages visited, referral source)
- Marketing-platform identifiers (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics IDs)
How to Request Deletion
To request that we delete personal data we hold about you, please send an email with the following:
- To: lex@lionlemon.com
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- In the body, include:
- Your full name
- The email address and/or phone number you used to contact us
- A brief statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal information
You can also call us at (424) 239-7411 to make a deletion request by phone.
How Long It Takes
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and complete the deletion within 45 days, in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If we need additional time, we will notify you.
What We May Need to Keep
We may retain certain information after a deletion request when required by law or legitimate business need, including:
- Records subject to attorney-client privilege if you became a client
- Records required by court order, subpoena, or applicable retention laws
- Information needed to comply with the California Rules of Professional Conduct (including conflict-checks for active and former clients)
- Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you
Third-Party Platforms
If you interacted with our ads on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google, those platforms hold their own data subject to their own deletion processes. We can request deletion of identifiers we shared with those platforms (e.g., pixel events), but you may also need to make a deletion request directly with each platform.
