Can I get my Clubman repurchased even if MINI released a technical service bulletin for the issue?
Yes, the existence of a technical service bulletin actually strengthens your Lemon Law claim because it demonstrates that MINI is aware the defect is widespread. If the TSB fix does not resolve the problem in your Clubman after reasonable repair attempts, you remain fully entitled to a repurchase or replacement under Song-Beverly.
What happens to my Clubman loan if the manufacturer agrees to a Lemon Law buyback?
In a Song-Beverly buyback, MINI is required to pay off the remaining balance on your auto loan or financing agreement directly.
